The Redboine Sams are an active chapter with members located in and around Winnipeg.  Beginning the 2018 year, we have 20 rigs and 11 associate members.  Four of our couples hold offices on the Manitoba/Northwest Ontario executive.  We normally have a good attendance at the Manitoba RV Rally which enables our remaining members to assume the duties that are allotted to our chapter.  We camp together once a month, May through September, at privately owned campgrounds within a couple hours drive of Winnipeg.  Most members arrive Thursday and leave on Sunday.  During the weekend we enjoy each other's company through Happy Hours, chapter meetings, dinner in the campground or at restaurants.  We also enjoy lawn or table games and Sunday morning breakfasts as well as town outings to golf, shop or garage sale.  At two of our campouts we organize a Silent Auction and Book Sale.  The proceeds of these two events plus a Silent Auction at the annual RV Rally are donated to our chosen charity.  Since 2011, we have sponsored The Dream Factory, a Manitoba based non-profit organization that supports children with life-threatening diseases.  To date we are proud to have contributed well over $11,000. to this deserving organization.  In the off-season, we get together for our AGM, Christmas dinner, games night as well as once a month breakfasts at Winnipeg restaurants.   Our Executive for the 2017-2018 year is:   President: Ralph Bell (Barb); Vice President: Ed Lewis (Diane Johnson); Treasurer: Richard Rohn; Secretary: Jacquie Rohn; Wagon Master: Jake Friesen (Bertha)

We always welcome new Good Sam Club members to our Chapter. There is no restriction on age, size or type of RV. For more information, please contact our President, Ralph Bell.  You can also find us on Facebook as "Camping with the Redboine Sams"Charter date May 24, 1991 Winnipeg and area
